Eskort Mini Cheese Viennas
oil for frying
125 ml (½ C)
Heat the pot of oil over moderate heat.
Mix the flapjack batter per the packaging instructions.
Skewer each Mini Vienna and dip into the flour.
Dip each skewered Vienna into the batter until evenly coated.
Deep fry the coated Viennas in the simmering oil until they have puffed up and turned golden brown.
Add bacon and/or dried fruit to the leftover batter and make mini flapjacks.
