tomatoes, sliced

250 ml (1 C)

baby spinach


red onion, thinly sliced

250 ml (1 C)

white cheese

250 ml (1 C)

cream cheese

60 ml (¼ C)

butter, melted


  • Butter both sides of the bread slices.

  • Starting with cheese, layer all the ingredients on the bread.

  • Close and toast in a snackwich maker until golden and crispy.
