375 g

Eskort Jalapeño Pork Sausages

15 ml

olive oil

1 bag

nacho chips

200 g

cheddar cheese grated

100 g

mozzarella cheese, grated


jalapeño pepper, finely sliced


red onion, finely sliced


tomatoes, chopped

small bunch

fresh coriander, roughly chopped

10 ml

red wine vinegar


avocado, mashed

5 ml

lemon jice




ground black pepper

200 g

sour cream


  • Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry sausages until browned and cooked through, remove from heat and set aside, once cooled, sliced into coins.

  • Layer an oven dish with nacho chips, slices of jalapeño sausage, cheddar cheese, mozzarella and slices of jalapeño.

  • Place in oven and cook until cheese has melted and is bubbling (about 10 - 15 minutes).

  • In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion and tomato with the coriander and red wine vinegar, set aside.

  • In another bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

  • Remove nachos from oven and serve warm with your tomato salsa, mashed avocado and some sour cream.
