A twist on boring mince, this #JustDelicious dinner, stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon is a must try!

400 g

Eskort Rindless Streaky Bacon

500 g


5 g

chilli flakes

15 g

dried mixed herbs



60 g

Parmesan cheese

50 g



salt and ground black pepper, to season


fresh parsley, chopped

250 g

feta cheese, crumbled

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and spray an oven tray with spray and cook.

  • In a large bowl mix together the mince, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, eggs, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parsley.

  • Take about 5 tablespoons (or 80g) of the mince mixture and shape into a flat oval, using your hands.

  • Place some feta cheese in the middle, then a wooden skewer on top.

  • Wrap the mince mixture around the cheese and skewer and press to compact around the skewer. (It should resemble a longish sausage shape).

  • Wrap the mince with a piece of streaky bacon and place on oven tray.

  • Repeat the process with the remaining mince, cheese, skewers and bacon.

  • Place oven tray in the oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until bacon is crispy.

  • Remove from oven and serve warm. Serve with a warm couscous salad or side of your choice.
