Baked Camembert & Bacon Porkies

Ingredients:

 

375 g

Eskort Gold Medal Mini Pork Sausages

200 g

Eskort Streaky Bacon

1 loaf

round bread

1 wheel

camembert cheese

handful

fresh chives, chopped

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Cut off the top of the loaf of bread and hollow out the middle. Place the whole wheel of camembert into the bread and put the top back on. Bake the loaf in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes. 

  3. Wrap the pork sausages in bacon and skewer onto a bamboo skewer. Fry until the sausages are cooked and the bacon is crispy.

  4. To serve, add the fresh chopped chives to the camembert and dip the bacon-wrapped porkies!
