The quantity of the ingredients will depend on how many bowl portions you are looking for. Work on about a handful per ingredient for one bowl.


Eskort Pork Chops


beetroot, roasted


broccoli, steamed


brown rice


turmeric, to taste (5 ml per bowl)




baby spinach


olive oil & lemon juice, for dressing


  1. Roast the beetroot in the oven with some salt & pepper at 220°C for 30 - 40 minutes.

  2. Steam the broccoli and set aside.

  3. Cook the brown rice and add 5 ml turmeric per bowl portion.

  4. Fry the Eskort Pork Chops in some olive oil & lemon juice and add salt & pepper to taste.

  5. Construct your bowl by adding all the cooked ingredients, a handful of fresh spinach, sliced avocado and some dressing to serve.
