Trio of Rigatoni

GREEN

Ingredients:

 

500 g

pork fillet, chopped

1

onion, chopped

15 ml

olive oil

 

salt

500 ml

spinach, chopped

250 ml

cherry tomatoes

1 packet

cooked Rigatoni

125 ml

basil pesto

Method:

  1. Fry up the onions, olive oil and pork fillet in a pan.

  2. Once the pork has browned on all sides, add the salt, spinach and and cherry tomatoes.

  3. Finally add the basil pesto and cooked rigatoni pasta and toss together.

WHITE

Ingredients:

 

200 g

Eskort Round Cut Bacon, roughly chopped

250 ml

Eskort Mini Picnic Ham, roughly chopped

15 ml

olive oil

10 ml

minced garlic

500 ml

mushrooms

10 ml

oregano

250 ml

cream

1

lemon, juiced

1 packet

cooked Rigatoni

Method:

  1. Fry the garlic with the ham and bacon.

  2. Add the mushrooms and oregano with the cream and lemon juice.

  3. Last add the rigatoni and toss together.

RED

Ingredients:

Eskort Spicy Russians, chopped

15 ml

olive oil

2 - 3

Jalapeños, chopped

250 ml

black olives, pitted

1 can

chopped tomatoes (or 1 jar Napoletana sauce)

1 packet

cooked Rigatoni

Method:

  1. Chop the Eskort Spicy Russians and fry them up in some olive oil.

  2. Add the can of chopped tomatoes and then the chopped Jalapeños and olives.

  3. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes and then toss together with the rigatoni.
