German Frankfurters & Sauerkraut

Ingredients:

Eskort German Frankfurters

30 ml

olive oil

2

onions, chopped

330 ml

beer

pinch

salt

1 packet

beef stock

250 ml

sauerkraut

30 ml

Peppadews

250 ml

peas

Method:

  1. Fry the onions in olive oil, then add the Frankfurters. Fry until browning on the outside.

  2. Pour the beer into the pan, add the beef stock and salt.

  3. Simmer for 10 minutes before adding the sauerkraut and continue to simmer for a further 5 minutes.

  4. Last add the Peppadews and peas and serve while still hot!
