Ingredients:

Eskort Smoked Viennas

30 ml

olive oil

1

onion, diced

10 ml

garlic, minced

4-6

cherry tomatoes, chopped

250 - 375 ml

Parmesan cheese, grated

500 ml

chopped fresh basil

750 ml

water

1 packet

spaghetti

 

Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Fry the onions and garlic in some olive oil.

Add the Viennas and fry until they begin to brown.

Add the water to the pot, then the cherry tomatoes, basil and the pasta.

Continue to boil until the pasta cooks through and softens.

Cook for another 8 - 10 minutes, adding the Parmesan last for a cheesy finish.


Serve with some fresh basil and Parmesan on top!
